Our Story
LOUD began in 2018, out of frustration. I was running a startup and going to traditional networking events, where every conversation was polished and surface-level. No one was honest about what they actually needed.
So I started hosting brunches at my kitchen table. Those small gatherings grew fast, and became LOUD’s first town hall.
Fifty women packed the room and dug into the honest conversations: what held them back, and how they could support one another for real. Nobody wanted to leave.
That night made something clear. When one woman asks for what she needs out loud, she gives every other woman in the room permission to do the same.
We were never meant to do this alone.
Meet
The
Founder
People have called me loud my whole life. Sometimes to celebrate me, sometimes to make me smaller. I stopped apologizing for it a long time ago.
No matter how many career detours I take, I always land back in community and nonprofit work. LOUD is where it all finally comes together: service, showing up, and everything I’ve always believed in.
At our gatherings, I’m the self-appointed details-obsessor and the first face you see at the door. I want to know you’re here. I want you to know you are seen.
I’m honest to a fault, I love a good laugh, and I care way more about real connection than looking polished. LOUD exists because I used to think I needed permission to be exactly who I am. Turns out, I never needed permission. Neither do you.
