Our Story

LOUD began in 2018 out of frustration. Veronica was running a startup and attending traditional networking events, but every interaction felt surface-level and polished. No one was being honest about what they actually needed.Seeking real connection, she started hosting casual brunches around her kitchen table. Those small gatherings quickly exploded into LOUD's first official town hall.

Fifty women packed the room, diving into raw conversations about what held them back and how they could truly support one another. Nobody wanted to leave. That night, an unmistakable void was filled. We finally had a space to show up as ourselves. Free to speak, excited to listen, and ready to lift each other up. It is powerful to be loud, to ask for what you need, and to invite others to do the same.

LOUD started there. We won't stop.

The

Founder

People have called me loud my whole life. Sometimes to celebrate me, sometimes to make me smaller. I stopped apologizing for it a long time ago.

No matter how many career detours I take, I always land back in community and nonprofit work. LOUD is where everything finally aligns: service, showing up, and the things I’ve always believed in all in one space.

At our gatherings, I’m the self-appointed details-obsessor and the first face you see at the door. I want to know you’re here. I want you to know you are seen.

I’m honest to a fault, I love a good laugh, and I care way more about real connection than looking "polished.” LOUD exists because I used to think I needed permission to be exactly who I am. Turns out, I never needed permission. Neither do you.
