LOUD is for Black women and women of color in LA. For the one building a business, the one raising her kids, the one organizing her block. Here, we find each other and turn what we care about into action.

our belief

Most of us weren't handed networks of opportunity, safety, or power.

We were told to lean in, speak up, work twice as hard, and do it alone, in rooms built to keep us out. So we came together.

This is why LOUD exists. We are building opportunity, safety, power. We claim it for ourselves. We share it with each other.

    Women who pay attention to the world, to each other, to themselves.

  • Curiosity

    Think out loud, ask the uncomfortable question, change your mind.

  • Live Events

    Six times a year we’re in the same room: workshops, panels, open discussion. Members always get in for less.

  • Service

    Member volunteer days. We show up for our neighbors.

Six events a year, plus volunteer days and member-only events. Each one picks up where the last left off, and you leave with something to put to use: notes, resources, a reflection to carry forward.
