ABOUT US
OUR MISSION
Our mission is collective progress for all women. We provide mostly BIPOC and intersectional women equitable access to relationships and experiences, which embolden, elevate, and encourage.
WHO
For all women, and especially those with underrepresented identities, who understand we all have valuable resources to share no matter age, economic background or education.
WHY
Historically, the standard model of civic and social organizations have been male-centered, inaccessible to women and those with underrepresented identities. Even with more spaces being developed for women, the majority tend to be expensive, exclusive, elite, and mostly white.
HOW
We intentionally provide the opposite. We provide all women opportunities to learn, discover, and discuss the ways self-awareness intersects with collective progress and professional growth.
